Bio

 

Matteo Gualandi was born in Rome in 1995. 

His compositions are based upon a reflection on instruments and their technique, the fabric of sound and their poetic implications.

 

He began his musical studies by playing the trumpet, which remains his main instrument.

 

He is active in the fields of contemporary classical and electronic music.
